Director of BESS

The Director of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) leads TAKKION's BESS construction and field operations from preconstruction planning through project execution, commissioning, and turnover. This position provides strategic and operational leadership across multiple utility-scale energy storage projects, ensuring each project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements. The role involves developing scalable operating processes, building high-performing project teams, and managing client and subcontractor relationships to support business growth.
