rceb.orgRCEB (Regional Center of the East Bay) is a nonprofit service agency that advocates for and supports children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families across California’s East Bay. It provides case coordination, eligibility assessment, service planning and referrals to community programs, resources, and protective services to help clients access housing, education, employment, and healthcare. RCEB also works with families, providers, and public agencies to promote inclusion, protect rights, and build community-based supports across the lifespan.
