The Director of Clinical Services, Hospice leads and coordinates interdisciplinary hospice care across multiple markets, ensuring delivery of compassionate, quality end-of-life care. The role provides clinical oversight, maintains compliance with state and Medicare standards, and supports clinical documentation and record maintenance. This position also assists with operational coverage for the Director of Operations as needed and supports staff development and supervision.
