About this role

The Director of Clinical Services, Hospice coordinates the interdisciplinary hospice team and ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant clinical care across the Dayton, Lebanon, and Cincinnati markets. The role provides leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight of nursing, aides, social work, counseling, and therapy services and assists with policy development and medical record maintenance. The director also supports operational coverage when needed and enforces regulatory and Medicare standards for hospice care.
