About this role

CommerceGamer's Choice is seeking a Director of Commerce to own revenue and margin across all direct-to-consumer channels, including marketplaces, live commerce, and physical retail. This builder role requires establishing systems, managing sales teams, and driving growth in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with significant weekend and evening demands. The successful candidate will be hands-on in the first year, responsible for everything from hosting live shows to optimizing retail floor performance.

Responsibilities

Own revenue and margin across all DTC channels including marketplaces and retail
Build and manage sales teams, live stream hosts, and retail floor staff
Establish sales dashboards and weekly revenue review processes
Develop merchandising and promotional strategies to drive cash flow
Host live commerce events and optimize show formats for maximum revenue
