Common Justice is a nonprofit that develops and runs alternatives to incarceration for people who have caused serious harm, centering survivor needs, accountability, and community safety. Through restorative justice processes, case management, and therapeutic supports, it brings together survivors, people who harmed them, and community members to create repair-based accountability plans instead of relying on prison. Common Justice also partners with prosecutors, courts, and local organizations to implement diversion programs and test policy reforms that reduce incarceration and promote equitable public safety.
