About this role

The Director of Compliance, Ethics, and Risk Management at Planned Parenthood of Michigan provides strategic leadership for organization-wide compliance, ethics, and enterprise risk management programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Compliance, Quality, Excellence and Risk Management, this role also serves as Deputy Compliance Officer and Deputy HIPAA Privacy Officer. The position oversees regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and governance reporting while supervising a Compliance and Risk Manager. It plays a key role in promoting race equity and maintaining high standards of ethical conduct, safety, and organizational accountability across the affiliate.
