The Director of Compliance / statutory MLRO will lead Conduit’s regulatory compliance strategy for its Hong Kong entity and oversee APAC compliance alignment. This senior leader will act as the primary liaison with the Customs & Excise Department (C&ED) to secure the MSO license and ensure Conduit meets local AML/CTF/PF regulatory standards. The role operates with significant autonomy in Hong Kong while collaborating with global leadership to scale regulatory programs across the region.
