About this role
The Director will lead development and implementation of direct marketing and fundraising strategies for USC Arcadia Hospital Foundation, reporting to the Foundation President. The role focuses on growing the philanthropic base, cultivating and stewarding donors capable of making leadership annual gifts, and building a pipeline for increased giving and major gifts. The Director will also oversee related communications and donor development staff to support annual giving programs.
