Director of Continuous Improvement

The Director of Continuous Improvement will establish and lead the Continuous Improvement function across Silgan Containers' multi-plant manufacturing network in Brookfield, WI. This role is responsible for developing enterprise-wide CI strategy, strengthening Lean manufacturing capabilities, and partnering with plant and senior leaders to enhance safety, quality, cost, and operational performance. The position involves leading CI specialists, guiding the CI Steering Committee, and driving measurable, sustainable results through structured problem-solving and process optimization.
