The Director of Corporate Development will lead strategic growth initiatives, capital raising, and investor relations to shape Electric Hydrogen’s long-term commercialization and expansion. The role partners with the CFO and executive team to evaluate M&A, partnerships, financing strategies, and prepare materials for Board and investor decision-making. This position supports transaction execution, builds integrated capital strategies, and helps scale internal capabilities as the company grows.
