About this role

The Director of Corrections Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for The Pathfinder Network’s Oregon Department of Corrections contracts and programming statewide, ensuring the effective delivery of high-impact services for justice system-impacted individuals and families. This role oversees contract administration, program implementation, compliance, evaluation, and continuous improvement for ODOC programming, while promoting evidence-based practices and program fidelity. As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director collaborates across departments and with community and state partners to advance organizational strategy and support TPN’s mission and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for statewide corrections programs and contracts
Supervise management staff and oversee program implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement
Manage budgets, contracts, and grants while ensuring compliance and reporting requirements
