Director of Customer Implementation

The Director of Customer Implementation provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for onboarding new customers at Curantis Solutions, a cloud-native software company for hospice and palliative care. This role involves managing a team of Implementation Managers, personally overseeing key customer implementations, and defining scalable onboarding methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align the customer journey from contract through go-live and beyond.
