Director of Cybersecurity

This role provides dedicated cybersecurity leadership and budget ownership, closing a key leadership gap for enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk reduction. The Director will establish and lead the global security and compliance program, manage incident response, and ensure compliance with frameworks like NIST CSF and NIS2. The position requires partnering closely with Infrastructure, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to protect manufacturing operations and intellectual property.
