Director of Data

Acquisition.com is seeking a Director of Data to own the company's data platform, establish a single authoritative client record, and ensure data reliability for leadership, products, and AI systems. This role involves leading the data team, building governed metrics and quality programs, and implementing privacy controls while remaining hands-on with technical execution. The position reports to the CTO and is responsible for making data accurate, usable, and AI-ready across the organization.
