About this role
New Seneca Village is seeking a Director of Development & Communications to lead fundraising and communications for its restorative residency program. The role shapes and oversees strategies to grow donor support and elevate the Village’s narrative with institutional funders and individual donors. This fully remote position, reporting to the Executive Director, offers a compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 plus benefits and requires occasional travel within the United States.
