About this role
The Director of Development, Global Priorities (North America Region) leads efforts to grow and engage TNC’s major donor pipeline and mobilize significant philanthropic support for regional and global priorities. The role partners with senior leadership across TNC, manages a matrixed fundraising team, and supports principal gift strategies to raise flexible and restricted funds. The Director reports to the Director of Global Priorities Development with a dotted line to the Executive VP, North America, Caribbean, and Micronesia.
