Director of Development (SEHD)

The Director of Development leads advancement efforts for the School of Education & Human Development, focusing on building philanthropic partnerships to expand student access and elevate faculty research. This role involves managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, soliciting and stewarding significant donations, and aligning donor interests with the university's strategic priorities. The position requires collaboration with university administration, faculty, and central Advancement teams to grow the pipeline of major and principal gift donors.
