The Director of Development will design and lead Canadian Academy’s fundraising strategy, building donor relationships and establishing the infrastructure for a new development program. Reporting to the Deputy Head of School, the role collaborates across admissions, marketing, communications, and alumni relations to drive annual giving, major gifts, and board engagement.
