Director of Development

The Director of Development leads the organization’s fundraising efforts, overseeing major gifts, annual giving, foundation and corporate partnerships, donor stewardship, campaigns, and events to expand philanthropic revenue and ensure long‑term financial sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, the role manages development staff, coordinates with consultants and board members, and serves as a public ambassador for the organization in the Staten Island and greater New York community.
