Director of Development

The Director of Development leads fundraising and donor engagement efforts to strengthen North Central Missouri College and create opportunities for its students. Reporting directly to the College President, the role builds relationships with alumni, donors, businesses, and community partners to align their interests with the college's mission and priorities. The position plans, leads, and executes fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and strategic planning to support the college's mission, programs, scholarships, and capital projects.
