Director of Development

The Director of Development serves as a frontline fundraiser and team leader responsible for growing individual and corporate giving, leading annual giving and donor-engagement strategies, and achieving revenue goals for fundraising events. This role involves managing qualified donor and corporate prospect portfolios, building sustainable fundraising pipelines, and supervising assigned Development staff. The position works closely with senior leadership to align donor interests with the organization's mission and organizational priorities.
