Director of Development

The Director of Development leads the day-to-day fundraising operations and builds a sustainable development program to support Chattanooga Preparatory School's mission and strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this hands-on role involves managing donor pipelines, executing fundraising strategies, and overseeing grant operations without direct reports. The position requires balancing high-level strategy with the execution of daily tasks to achieve annual fundraising goals and expand the donor base.
