Director of Development

The Director of Development leads the Foundation's fundraising team by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to advance the organization's mission. This role focuses on cultivating and stewarding major donors, family foundations, and planned giving prospects while managing a robust portfolio of individual donors. The position also provides strategic leadership for signature fundraising events and serves as a key partner to leadership, board members, and volunteers in expanding the community of donors.
