Director of Development

The Director of Development leads Mamatoto Village's entire development function, overseeing individual giving, institutional and foundation giving, and campaign-level giving during a pivotal stage of organizational growth. This strategic and tactical leadership role is responsible for updating, managing, and executing the organization's full development plan while leading a team of three and managing relationships with contracted grant-writing firms. The position also involves owning direct relationships with key foundation funders, preparing the organization for a potential future capital campaign, and ensuring the leadership team's time is invested effectively across a growing funding portfolio.
