Director of Development

The Director of Development serves as Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s lead fundraiser, overseeing all development efforts and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to expand and engage a diverse donor base. The role involves cultivating major gifts, managing donor relationships, and serving as a key ambassador for the organization within the community. This position requires collaboration with executive leadership, the board of trustees, and various internal teams to advance the organization's mission and financial goals.
