Director of Development

Idyllwild Arts seeks a highly accomplished, entrepreneurial Director of Development to help build the next generation of its philanthropic program. As the senior operational partner to the Senior Vice President, Advancement, this leader will turn strategy into consistent results by deepening relationships with donors, strengthening major and leadership giving, and building a disciplined fundraising pipeline. This hands-on, externally oriented leadership role involves personally managing major-gift prospects, guiding development colleagues, and representing the institution at various events.
