Director of Development

The Director of Development leads the development, implementation, coordination, and expansion of CRCI’s donor relations, marketing, and volunteer engagement programs. This position works closely with the CEO to align all elements of the Mission’s fundraising and marketing functions with the Strategic Plan, meet annual revenue goals, and carry forward the vision, core values, and culture of CRCI. The role involves overseeing fundraising, grant writing, relationship building, stewardship, events, marketing, community relations, and volunteer coordination.
