About this role
The Director of ECommerce will lead strategy and execution for all online channels including DTC (Shopify), Amazon, and TikTok Shop, acting as a player-coach to drive growth, conversion, and operational excellence. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role partners cross-functionally to set the ecommerce roadmap, manage agency and partner relationships, and scale the business. The position is fully remote with an east coast preference.
