About this role

The Director of Electrical Engineering & Technical Standards will lead and develop an engineering organization responsible for establishing standards, estimating, and technical design of EV charging infrastructure, battery storage, solar, microgrids, and related electrical systems across North America. This senior leader will collaborate with operations, EPC, sales, and executive teams to drive engineering excellence, improve project execution, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop engineering teams across design, estimation, and QA/QC
Create and maintain company engineering standards and standardized design documentation
Partner with EPC, construction, and project management to reduce RFIs and change orders

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringMaster's degree (preferred)Professional Engineer (PE) license
