About this role

The Director of Engineering in Test will lead Heartflow’s test engineering organization, owning test strategy and execution to ensure predictable, high-quality product releases at scale for regulated medical software. This leader partners with cross-functional teams to align testing with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement of quality metrics and post-deployment monitoring, and act as the engineering owner for audits and regulatory evidence. The role includes building and developing a global test organization and overseeing resourcing, tooling, and vendor relationships.
