Director of Engineering

This role oversees the training, supervision, and maintenance programs for all engineering personnel to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the property. The position involves managing R&M expenses, coordinating preventative maintenance, recruiting and disciplining engineering associates, and overseeing capital budget projects and external contractors. Additionally, the incumbent ensures adherence to safety standards, manages utility logs, and implements strategies to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
