Director of Engineering

The Director of Engineering will lead the Rainmaker Ad Server engineering domain at Fox's AdRise team, overseeing the core systems that decide, deliver, and govern advertising across the streaming ecosystem. This senior role is responsible for setting technical direction, managing a high‑scale, low‑latency ad serving platform, and partnering with product, data science, and ML teams to drive monetization efficiency and reliability. The position requires extensive experience in large‑scale distributed systems, JVM‑based backend development, and engineering leadership.
