Director of Engineering

This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all hotel engineering, maintenance, facilities, and building operations at the Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa. The position ensures the property's infrastructure and equipment are maintained safely and efficiently while managing the engineering team and departmental budgets. The Director of Engineering partners with various hotel departments to maximize guest experiences and drive sustainability initiatives.
