The Director of Engineering leads the care, upkeep, and future of the hotel as a hands-on leadership role, ensuring building, equipment, and operations run safely and smoothly. This position oversees day-to-day engineering operations, builds emergency preparedness programs, and ensures compliance with brand standards and regulations. As a member of the Executive Committee, the role involves managing departmental budgets, recommending capital expenditures, and supporting an elevated guest experience.
