Director of Enterprise Change Management

The Director of Enterprise Change Management at Rite-Hite leads the development of a company-wide approach to organizational change, establishing frameworks, tools, and processes to support adoption of strategic and cultural initiatives. Reporting to the CHRO, the role partners with executive leadership, HR business partners, and functional leaders to guide enterprise transformation efforts. The position is based in Milwaukee with a hybrid work schedule and regular on-site collaboration.
