Director of ER/ICU

The Director of ER/ICU is a registered nurse who provides 24‑hour administrative oversight of critical care nursing services, supervising staff, managing patient care across all age groups, and ensuring compliance with regulations and performance improvement initiatives. This role reports to the CNO or Administrator and is responsible for triage, treatment, and coordination with physicians, patients, families, and external agencies.
