Director of Facilities

SEMCOA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the environmental operations of its diverse programs, including emergency family shelters, recovery homes, and affordable housing. The role involves managing facility maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Director of Facilities will primarily be based in New Bedford and report to the COO.
