Director of Facility Operations

The Director of Facility Operations is responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for patients, visitors, and team members at the new Henry Ford Behavioral Health Hospital. This role oversees the care and upkeep of the hospital’s buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards. The position involves leadership across safety, security, maintenance, and housekeeping, while participating in a 24-hour on-call rotation to support the facility's 24/7 operations.
