Director of Finance

The Director of Finance at KPA is a key member of the corporate financial leadership team, reporting to the CFO and acting as a primary financial interface across the organization and with the Board. The role owns financial planning, forecasting, and delivery of actionable financial and operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Over time, this position will build and lead a financial planning team with deep understanding of business drivers and sophisticated financial models. It is based in Westminster, CO with a hybrid, remote-first arrangement and some travel for in-person meetings.
