The Director of Finance at Lydian will be the first finance hire, responsible for developing the company-wide financial model, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation as Lydian progresses in its innovative approach to sustainable aviation fuels. This role requires building financial processes from scratch, providing strategic insights to leadership, and managing capital strategies, including equity raises and cash flow forecasting for engineering and manufacturing activities. The Director will collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
