About this role
The Director of Finance for the MGB Neuroscience Institute is the senior finance leader overseeing the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery across Mass General Brigham hospitals and affiliated entities. The role reports to the Executive Administrators and is responsible for the overall budgetary, accounting, and financial infrastructure, including financial integration and automation efforts. The Director partners with clinical leaders and central finance teams to ensure accurate financial data informs strategic priorities and reporting.
