Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing & Process Standardization at Creation Technologies leads the company’s standard costing and global process standardization efforts, translating financial data into insight to support enterprise decision-making. This high-visibility individual contributor role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance and reports to the SVP of FP&A. Based in Dallas, TX or Boston, MA, the position is hybrid (2–3 days in office) and focuses on driving measurable business improvements and long-range planning.
