Director of Hardware Engineering, Fixed Video Devices

The Director of Hardware Engineering will lead Motorola Solutions’ global video hardware team responsible for the Evidence Solutions portfolio, overseeing the vision and execution for video surveillance camera hardware. Reporting to the AVP of Product Engineering, Video Devices, the role spans new product development and sustaining engineering across Avigilon and Pelco product lines. The position supports a mission-critical, safety-focused ecosystem integrating hardware with broader communications and software solutions.
