About this role
The Director of Hospitality and Events will lead and evolve the Simons Foundation’s Hospitality and Events functions, shaping unified, scalable, and data-driven teams to support the organization’s growth. This on-site role is based in New York City and reports to the SVP of Building Operations. The position oversees both event programming and a comprehensive hospitality operation including pantries and an onsite meal program. The director will provide strategic leadership to ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.
