Director Of Human Resources

The Director of Human Resources partners with the General Manager to establish and implement the hotel's strategy, delivering business results while managing the daily activities of the People & Culture office. This role oversees recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation management, and wage/benefit administration to ensure compliance with all regulations. The position provides guidance and support to all departments to achieve guest service and business objectives while building and managing effective teams.
