About this role
The Director of Impact leads day-to-day programmatic operations to ensure City Year’s Whole School Whole Child service model is implemented effectively across partner schools. This role manages and develops Impact Managers and AmeriCorps members to build strong school partnerships and deliver measurable service impact. The Director also oversees volunteer engagement, corps experience, and site-level data and compliance processes.
