Director of Implementation and Field Engagement

The Director of Implementation and Field Engagement is a senior-level strategic role responsible for expanding the reach and capacity of SADD’s national network through the strategic mobilization and expansion of its field operations. This position leads a high-performing field team, manages a complex portfolio of state-level grants, and cultivates strong relationships with Highway Safety Offices, state coordinators, and community partners to ensure long-term impact. The role involves designing national field engagement strategies, overseeing chapter expansion efforts, and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
