Director of Information Technology

Tenna is seeking a hands-on, forward-thinking Director of Information Technology to lead and scale its IT function as the company continues to grow. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this leader will own the vision, strategy, and day-to-day execution of the technology environment, from infrastructure and identity management to company-wide cybersecurity and compliance. This is a true player-coach role that involves setting the direction for IT, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and managing the department’s budget while also serving as a go-to technical expert across Microsoft, Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
