AllSpice
The Director of Infrastructure will own AllSpice's infrastructure, security, and compliance programs end-to-end while building and leading a small, high-impact team. This hands-on leadership role involves architecting production AWS environments, managing customer-facing engineering deployments, and maintaining SOC 2 compliance. The position reports to the CTO and requires a balance of strategic management and individual contribution.
